USRWP is committed to the efficient utilization of America’s renewable natural resources through knowledge, experience, ingenuity, and common sense.

USRWP partners with current manufacturers in the wood product industry utilizing their wood waste to produce an alternative firewood (cordwood) product that burns hotter, cleaner, and longer in cordwood burning appliances. The wood brick is denser and dryer than firewood providing excellent burning characteristics.

USRWP wood bricks are a “carbon neutral” fuel, thereby no additional carbon dioxide is released to the atmosphere, above the normal amount during decay. This is different than fossil fuels that release carbon dioxide that would otherwise be permanently sequestered.
USRWP wood brick fuel does not use virgin material, but scrap generated by current manufacturing processes.

USRWP also provides services to wood product manufacturers interested in improving process efficiencies, wood waste handling, and marketing benefits of being environmentally conscious. USRWP services can benefit manufacturers in all facets of wood products manufacturing including lumber, cabinets, furniture, and wood pelletizing.
